# Workshop Guide: Deep Clean Your File Shares

Shared drives accumulate unidentified content in large quantities over time. The unfortunate result is a black hole of dark content, containing large amounts of redundant and obsolete files and the high probability of improperly managed personal information. That creates a huge risk when it comes to regulatory compliance and privacy requirements.

It's time to do a deep clean and this workshop guide can lead your team through the important questions to answer.
